November 2019

Stay updated about the diverse, inspiring, and extraordinary artists, people and events that make up the Princess Grace Foundation USA.

Dear friends,
We are less than a month away from an extra special Princess Grace Awards Gala, in the presence of  His Serene Highness Prince Albert ll of Monaco. Not only will we be celebrating the 19 outstanding emerging artists who will receive this year’s prestigious Princess Grace Awards, but we will also be honoring Princess Grace’s 90th Birthday and the kick off an exciting new era for the Foundation. The evening will feature a special Statue Award for filmmaker and 2009 Princess Grace Award recipient,  Chinonye Chukwu  and to top it all off, the legendary  Bernadette Peters will be honored   with the Prince Rainier lll Award. It will certainly be a night to remember.
We’ve been delighted to be working recently with several illustrious Princess Grace Award alumni who are generously “giving back” to the Foundation. Last week, Princess Grace Award winner  Jon M. Chu  took a break from editing his new film, In The Heights , to host an intimate luncheon for 20+ Award recipients in film at the historic Norwood Club. Jon spoke about his road to success in Hollywood and offered tips and tools to the room. It was such a unique opportunity and we are so grateful for his support and engagement.
Next month, on December 6, Princess Grace Award winner, Leslie Odom Jr. will celebrate the launch of his new CD and his new film, performing an intimate concert for a small group of our donors at a private home in NYC. Look out for your invitation soon.
I hope to see you all at the Gala on November 25 at The Plaza Hotel. If you haven’t yet purchased your ticket – please click here – seats are nearly sold out.
Warmest regards,
Brisa Trinchero
