ASHLEY GREEN (Charleston, SC) began her training at Columbia City Jazz, where she found her love for dance. She trained in a variety of styles including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, and hip-hop. In 2020, Ms. Green received her BFA in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA, under the direction of Garfield Lemonius. There, she performed works by Peter Chu, Aszure Barton, Kyle Abraham, and Darrell Grand Moultrie. After graduation Ms. Green joined Whim W’Him Seattle Contemporary Dance, directed by Princess Grace winner Olivier Wevers, where she was nominated for the Princess Grace Award. Ashley now is a dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater.
