Kate Eberstadt is a composer, singer-songwriter, writer, and performing artist whose work spans theater and music. Her solo show “Where We Meet” was commissioned by Ars Nova and supported by the NAMT Frank Young Fund. Her debut album “Heaven on Earth,” made in collaboration with music producer Jake Crocker (Sony/UMG), premiered live at Joe’s Pub. Past residencies include The Watermill Center, Good Hart, The Cell Theatre, and The American Academy in Berlin. Eberstadt is a resident artist at Ars Nova and Project 14C, an inaugural Toulmin Creator with NYU’s Center for Ballet and the Arts/National Sawdust, and the 2026 Arts for All Artist-in-Residence at the University of Maryland. Her work has been featured by AP, NPR, Billboard, Entertainment Tonight, Elle, Glamour, Gothamist, and Der Tagesspiegel.
