Marco Palomino is a Cuban-born choreographer, dancer, and director based in Los Angeles. He has created works for dance companies, museums, films, immersive experiences, brands, and live theater.

 

His work has been presented in over 12 countries at prestigious venues including Sadler’s Wells (London), Admiralspalast (Berlin), Chaillot (Paris), and Museumsquartier (Vienna). He has had the honor of working with leading companies and artists such as Jacob Jonas The Company, Ballet Revolución, Acostadanza, Juliano Nunes, Javier de Frutos, Micaela Taylor, Rosario Cárdenas, Aaron Cash, Rosanna Gamson, and Carlos Acosta.

 

His creations include collaborations with renowned institutions such as the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance, Acostadanza JR, Kit Modus, Films That Move, Google, and Visceral Dance. As a director, some of his most recent works include Nice to Meet Me, Raw Emotions, Muérdeme or Lose Me, and The Truth Within.

 

Marco’s movement philosophy, Raw Expression, weaves together contemporary dance, ballet, Cuban traditions, floor work, and African folklore—infused with character embodiment and evocative facial expression—merging ancestral roots with deep physical inquiry to craft choreography that feels both primal and transcendent.
