Sequoiah Blaire is an actor, dancer, playwright, and filmmaker with roots in dramatic theatrical performance. She trained for seven years at Denver School of the Arts before attending Stanford University and graduating with honors in 2022. Some of her most adored credits include In The Red and Brown Water (Shun) and Seven Guitars (Vera). Sequoiah’s been blessed to perform at notable venues such as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Lincoln Center, and she was a member of Lena Waithe’s inaugural Hillman Grad Mentorship Lab. Sequoiah is the recipient of Stanford University’s Chappell Lougee Grant and Lyric McHenry Arts Grant for her film works, which can be viewed at www.sequoiahblaire.com. Sequoiah is currently nurturing her career in creative development with Arthur Jafa’s film studio, Sunhaus in beautiful Los Angeles!
